I do not have reputable contractors in the Miami area and, no offense, I don't know of a lot of successful flippers/developers that will give up the names of their GCs.

Assuming you have each property under it's own separate entity, do you use one global email for all properties and then organize e-mails within your e-mail application by properties, do you use an individual e-mail address per property, or do you use another method?

As Buffet said about being the patsy in a poker game if you can't figure out who it is in some 30min... the trick is making sure you aren't the patsy in real estate either.Sorry if my tone is offensive, just not sure how else to get my point across. 

Adding to that any of us fortunate to be on a Real Estate/Networking/Wealth Building/Forum/Social Media platform to vent about our current setbacks and downfalls during a Global Pandemic should be thankful that we are still here to “vent” about such issues.

What you are describing is loan fraud and is a criminal offense.
