A kitchen w new counter top w/o new cabinets? 

@Russell Brazil  I was almost going to call you on this one as I know that in negotiating transactions you have regional customs and I was going on my west coast customs... but we got it done... even going up this will pencil well ....

Start by acquiring 2 to 3 units and occupy the units you purchase and learn how to manage your business and your paying customers.

I was curious what everyone else thinks is the weirdest local custom or law you have in your market.

At any rate, look for a metal fabrication shop and/or railing shop specifically.. they usually build them custom to your application.  

Kitchen cabinets in particular are filthy. 

I have the room to add cabinets and a peninsula, should I consider that?

Currently I own a business which runs smoothly week to week but still am building the clientele and customer base so here is where the problem comes in.
