I've never heard of him so I am not sure he can be classified as renowned and respectable, but saying that makes it sound like this is a reverse troll ad for the company and now VAs are going to come in to say how good it is so we will keep an eye out for that.If this is real, why do you think you need to pay for this class right now?

Most of the prospects offering this to us, disappear when we tell them they still have to go through our full application & screening process. - We almost feel sorry for the foolish/naive DIY landlord that inevitably falls for their sob story and accepts them.We have had 2-3 that have gone through our process and so we accepted their multi-month payment.

Admittedly, pricing will often account for any major items, and I don't believe this is true in Sandy Springs, but there are some areas that an interstate cuts off a small part of the neighborhood, and so labeling the neighborhood as "good" may be true for 90% of that neighborhood, but if you are in the 10% that is on the "wrong side" of the interstate, it can be a totally different market.
