My Indy flip last year was in a very distressed area but there were other rehab and new build projects near enough to make it worthwhile.  

I'm more interested in conveying the idea that it takes more than the right numbers or right property or location to stay ahead in realestate or any other worth while business venture.

It´s a worthwhile exercise, but you´ll probably come to the conclusion that buying apartments in Dublin 2 is not a good way to generate a strong monthly cashflow. 

A few hundred dollars for a ticket is a worthwhile cost compared to some of the alternatives.

I drove for dollar in South Orange NJ, and got a couple of addresses worthwhile researching further and sending direct mail to, however the owner's information is not online, I called the city and they informed me that I can call them for tax info on a particular address but they can't give out the owner's information.Any idea how to look up the owner's name and mailing address info in that case?

@Sarah Vance It MAY be worthwhile for YOU to be the property manager.  

There are nuggets of information occasionally that are worthwhile, but generally to make use of them you need to know more than what they are teaching you on the subject.
