I've made it into the mid 30's and had no idea there were so many ways to invest in real estate.Between the podcast, E-books, forums post/articles and other resources on the website, I have found a great place to learn more about real estate and continue my journey towards financial independence. 

I am visiting the house EOM and will get a good feel for the area and the house itself.

I  joined BP in August of last year and have been chiming in and doing lots of research on different websites, social media, BP, ect while working a full time warehouse job..

If their simply visiting grandma who had her kidney removed and is in a private room fully stable and it was just a convenient vising time for the renter, then I may decline.

Any websites to find out property`s sqft in NJ?

I plugged a phone number into a search engine and came up with nothing.BTW I found it odd that this website didn't alert me to the presence of these two responses.

-Go to a website like bankrate.com and use a mortgage calculator to see the total cost for each scenario, and how each amortizes over time.
