But I did note some variations across markets and geographies and to summarize ---if all the other like units in your area have them, you should, too.But even if the norm is to supply none in your area and price range, also consider wear and tear if they move this in and out every single turn over, and your tenant pool (will they have these in their sedan?)...

sure...good point on fifty states, seen all fifty here plus some countries....so the variations by state are real and meaningful, so have to think about those....i find the uniform rules, even if passed, begin to morph through judicial decisions in each state anyway..

Now if you know the steps before this, building rapport, the upfront agreement to avoid the me think it over, discovering the motivation of the seller, and decreasing the asking price, this "what if step" is just a trial close, and unless you really haven't done a good job with the 4 steps before, if this should be very easy, should be an easy close.The next step from here is a letter of intent that I ask the seller to sign.
