If I am looking at this correctly it appears you’re saying that the wholesalers are getting a transition fee +50% of the profit?

So my question is, in a practical, explain like I'm 5 sense....how do I transition to having my LLC "run" the airbnbs.

We got it professionally snaked and then was told that the main sewer line (Cast Iron) should be totally replaced and they recommended doing an epoxy liner for the transition pipes (near the sidewalk) that connect to the city's main line.
