Got a land contract question...We are planning on moving to a nicer home next year.

On Hawaiian island, the number of visitors to Hawaii from the mainland US decreased by 10% but specific islands like Maui got hit the worst by 30-40% (?).

Contracts are more state specific.

I am working in a couple of 10,000 person cities and looking for very specific types of properties (3-10 or so unit properties).

It seems to me that based on neighbors and other peoples experiences with them, they will specifically target and take on people with criminal records and pets who don’t have a lot of options on rentals.

Are there any specific neighborhoods in those areas that you like?
