nowadays, we have a the ability to take good pictures and great videos. nevertheless, i do send people out to check on jobs and report back every now and then. lately i have been forced to look off market. however, everything i have now was found on the MLS. any other questions, feel free to contact me.

I do not know if there is adequate support underneath and that it was installed properly.If it is considered normal wear and tear then can I charge them for the water damage since they didn't report it in a timely manner?
