Why do pro ball players need agents lol?

This friend of mine is a HUGE player in the California real estate market.

Most of the successful players spend $10,000 + per month on marketing, SEO, SEM, website development, influencers, etc.Another issue, depending on your state, is licensing.

No, they are not your typical BiggerPockets syndicator, since most all are value-add players, and value add players are often 3-5 yr holds.  

Consolidation will allow some of these operators to amass attractive portfolios of assets and emerge as large industry players.

To get into commercial real estate you need to have money, know the players in your market and experience. 

Just drive the area and note the names of the property managers on the signs and talk to the major players.

I feel too many people get caught up in the A and B class properties and it's mostly institutional players in that space.

If your just a one time player you may or may not get any help.If I was wholesaling in your area I would skip title and just try to get paid to assign contract without an escrow..
