Look at this company and their response after 12 or 13 days now... they are still responding to new inquiries with the same thing they wrote October 12th, pathetic.This is the same reason some people rather pay more to buy from amazon rather than a third party seller on amazon for the same item, your contract is only as good as the weakest counterparty in the chain on the other side of the table.

For your buyers, yes you should ask for POF - and verify it - so you don't end up wasting time with a tire-kicker or someone pretending to be a buyer who's really just another wholesaler who will daisy-chain your deal.If your buyer doesn't perform -- it's not good.
