Maybe I am a bit biased, but I think I was as easy-going of a tenant as anyone could ask for and I could not have had worse experiences with property management companies. 

I am biased to MFH because I feel the risks are less and the returns are greater, however, it's also the RE class I know the most about and feel the most comfortable in.  

I know this is subjective and only my biased opinion, however, I’ve taught a lot of people how to invest in real estate, and I’ve been to a lot of seminars over the years, and I am consistently told that our training is superior to others - by the attendees.

This is just an argument of a polarized world view, from a person working in commercial construction, expecting everything to work as commercial construction, biased that commercial construction is the "right" way to do things. 

So I am a bit biased and hate all of the breed discrimination.

I've lived in or visited most of the country and maybe I'm biased but Denver is the best.

However, Dallas and Georgia are fantastic markets, I might be biased because I live and work in Atlanta.
