You are taking your inexperience with the asset class and mixing in your inexperience with stacking capital and even LLC/LP operation and formation.

Has anyone successfully converted there list source labels to another format?

I normally hate self help books that are written in a story format, but I am actually enjoying this one. 

Also, before you invest more of your time and effort into formatting your REIT, I would sit down with an attorney.
