But then my 2 sisters (1 is a renter, the other is a homeowner, neither are investors) both expressed that they would prefer a basement apartment as a renter because it would be more private and that as a homebuyer they would prefer a rental unit in a basement rather than over a garage.

@Priscilla Z. can chime in, if she’d like, as that area is her specialty.My initial thought in buying in Brevard from a distance, was that the area is close to the N-S highway, as well as the E-W “beach-line express” connecting to Orlando and Tampa, both highways enable easy transport.  

A better option may be to call listing agents for properties that are listed for things that are close to what you are looking for, express interest in the listing and maybe even ask them to write up an offer for you if you are close in price. 

Don't bring up objections that have not been expressed.

Despite the program's commitment to providing a comprehensive educational experience, several scheduled sessions were not conducted as promised, which I found disappointing and detrimental to the learning process.Furthermore, after expressing my concerns about these missed sessions and requesting a refund, I encountered an unexpected and distressing response.

Assignee as Buyer may not further assign this agreement without the Seller’s express written permission.  

The seller has already expressed interest in doing a short sale so that whole aspect of explaining it to them is taking out of the process.

But ultimately I see it coming down to BRRRR-ing Single family homes or just getting into the Multifamily express train and letting it take me on that journey to the “unknown” ..🚂🏚😧...🏘....
