We've been exploring fringe neighborhoods and other neighboring cities and towns that I think will continue to grow as the city expands (Matthews, Indian Trail, Belmont, East Charlotte, Gastonia).

And if you're looking to get into any market it is always good to network and see if you can find a reputable agent or investor in that market to help and guide you. 

As someone who is interested in learning, exploring, and generating a name worth having in the industry, I would take the opportunity to participate in a deal with someone else’s funding, even if it meant my financial gain slight. 

True story.Not as sure about Angies, I heard they were more reputable, but I would not trust any of these site to provide you with a guaranteed good contractor.
