Still haven't made that decision and not convinced I want both places...maybe a condo in the city and a ranch home in the country? 

We are in North Western PA and working on opening our 5th STR. 

I only ask because the main purpose of an LLC is legal protection, and if you don't have a large amount of assets to protect, say less than $1M...you may be putting the cart before the house, and it may make more sense for you to focus more on finding and closing more deals.

Buy and hold it is good.  

Put 20% down @ 4.125% and refi'd in 2020 to 3.25% so my PITI is around $7k/month.

Join a local facebook RE group and ask who the best commercial lenders are and ask for a point of contact instead of just the name of the bank. 

This is getting very tedious and time consuming.
