After having taught at the college level various subjects, to include economics, finance, accounting and real estate, I doubt I will feel lost in such subjects with anyone here on BP.

In Boston these days you might be able to be the college kid that gets to sleep on the couch in a <600sqft 2BR place with 2 other roommates that each pay more for the privilege of a door.As Aaron said that is more parking space money here.In my border suburb I doubt you could even rent a small bedroom in a house unless you know the person and they are giving you a huge break.Get 45-60min outside of the city and you might start getting into studios and small 1BR places.

There is a Nails brand FRP adhesive to adhere the sheets themselves to the walls that comes in a metal paint can type container and you will need two (although one will be nearly wasted since you won't use much of it and I doubt it will re-seal for any long period of time)...

Here is my answer:The rate will go up only if the inflation picks up.When the economy recovers, there is little doubt that the inflation will pick up, including the housing price, given the fact that the money printing machines of central banks have been running 7/24 around the globe.

Realtors need hard money lenders too, they have small commercial deals.I have not seen/heard Ann's information on hard money lending, I'm betting she is speaking from the position as a lender to borrowers, how to find lenders, I doubt she is teach how to become a lender....hope not anyway, nah, she wouldn't do that.

Plus for the cost it is much better to go with the cheaper option and later replace with the higher priced option down the road if you must but again I doubt you will find the need to.

Will the bank just see by the numbers that I can pay this with the rentals, and allow the loan (that I doubt, but it's always good to ask)?
