I recently found a HELOC widget on Chase.com that makes it super easy for Chase account holders to apply for a HELOC and it even has a function to allow HELOCs to be converted into fixed rate loans after being generated. 

I specifically like credit unions, as they are non-profit so they have less fees than the Chase and Wells Fargos of the world.

For example, Chase bank does have portfolio lending.....but you need $250,000 in cash with Chase to even see their options.
