I listened to a great episode of the bigger pockets podcast today it was episode 165 it was titled limiting beliefs that hold you back but it was actually more about the business side of investing I strongly recommend you give it a listen.

I decided to actually make an account here after listening to about 30 episodes of the BP podcast, which by the way, is EXCELLENT and full of information.

I've listened to about 20 episodes of the podcast, really a wealth of knowledge to consume.

So far she has done a few projects and has had an appearance on ABC's Speechless (she was the girl trick-or-treater in the Halloween episode).  

The podcasts are amazing and they always talk about books these incredible people read at the end of each episode. 2) determine your interest is it fix N flip, Buy N hold, notes, wholesaling...3) find a job within your investing interest.

I have listened to countless episodes of the various podcasts, read several BP books (Set For Life, Book on Rental Property Investing, First Time Homebuyer, and currently reading the House Hacking Strategy), and live on zillow haha. 

I stumbled across the BP Podcast and have been making my way through the episodes.
