Tenant pays online, it's automatically logged into my software, and I don't have to do a thing.If your software doesn't handle ACH, then the benefit is lessened because you'll still have to log the payments manually.Personally, it's worth it to give your tenants every option to pay rent.

They did direct deposit but I like that cozy sends the reminders automatically and is completely free.

Has anyone noticed when they click on their dashboard that the site has you start automatically "following" random new people you don't know? 

Landlords may remove option of automatic renewal to  month to month once lease term expires.

Maybe they have payment process and accounting software linked so when they receive a payment everything gets recorded automatically so they need less administrative staff.

I believe a conventional loan like this one would be a good fit mainly because private mortgage insurance automatically stops once I reach 20% equity in property.    

When you build a multi family you automatically should be an A Class building as a new built and your location should determine if you an A Class asset overall..
