I've read on several threads that many investors use VA's to automate their wholesale marketing.What are the tasks that are being delegated?

Thinking of using hospitable for auto-communications and maybe Beyond Pricing for automated-pricing but would love to hear feedback on these two and if there are other / additional tools i should be looking into.

I have used MLS automated searches for this, and you'll get all kinds of crap mixed in with the goodies that way.

Several management companies are able to automate specific reports and will work with you on what you'd like to see and how often you'd like them to send this data, other companies may have an online portal designed for investors so you have all of that information at the tip of your fingers at all times.5.

I have one more to throw in if my research is correct - take away the management cost and use tools to automate the management 1. likely increases your monthly profit 2.

I want to automate a process of finding good deals. 

If you don’t mind me asking, how often do you send out follow up cards, and are they hand written or do you have it all automated?
