How many animals?  

Those funds from the "vacation property" are used to pay for some Disney Vacation Club points to use at Disney Hilton Head or Animal Kingdom.

The big exception is for a service animal.

Its a whole different animal and especially if you haven't managed commercial development a lot, I'd strongly recommend going with a GC who can bring the appropriate contractors to the table as needed.

Send a certified letter to the tenant, the owner, the city and animal control expressing your concerns.

@Chris Fargo - speaking of neighborhood classification, as someone who lived in NE and looked extensively at investing in N: those are two totally different animals IMO!
