Tenant shall not do or keep anything in or about the premises that will obstruct the public spaces available to other residents.This includes but is not limited to, using the porch for parties, storage of goods, objects, or furniture, lounging or unnecessary loitering on the front steps, hallway, or porch."

And I'm old enough to realize that even though I don't have anything very fancy, when you look at replacing your furniture and clothing and pots and pans and bedding, let alone your electronics, it sure adds up in a hurry.I have never needed my homeowners or renter's insurance policies, but I would never be without them.  

The tenants prior to my ownership have left a whole lot of stuff from boxes and furniture to dogs and newborn pups in the house.

ahahaha well it was half a joke. she and I both discussed this. basically...although still early in the relationship, if we were married, both of us would split a house equally. furniture, downpayment, everything. and I think you guys are looking at it too old school.

It is a small property that requires some imagination regarding furniture placement, etc.  

No lost rent, no furniture storage just a regular tenant move situation.

I rented this house in Erwin tn, the couple who rented me the house stated they were moving to Florida buying a house and not coming back left the furniture and appliances they said they didn't want.

Would you want to do a new property condition report when their furniture is possibly hiding damage?

Or, they might have done some scratches/marks/dents on the walls when they moved furniture into the house.
