I really have a hard time demanding the borrower pay for an appraisal when my exposure is so low and they will just ignore it anyway.Predatory loan:  That term applies in the consumer arena for sure,  I'm not so sure it applies in the B2B arena.

You're absolutely right, though, it was practically the same shade as dried RedGard where it had been exposed to minimum UV exposure from the four windows in this bedroom, as it has here in the photo posted.I also met the tenant who did this -- and she would not know RedGard from Easter egg dye powder.In other places throughout the room, the paint had darkened a bit and taken on more of a purplish tone.

I thInk the exposure to the value increases over the past 5 years caused a lot of people to realize “after the fact” how this was a good leveraged way to make money- it’s like investing in gold after it went from $200 up to $800.
