We can debate ethics and all of that stuff but the reality is other brokers and agents do not want to deal with difficult people for a transaction like that.Should a listing broker get mad about finding out they have an agent?

Winston in particular I like because it has a lot of forward momentum (Wake Forest being a big driver, dumping $1Billion + into downtown, money attracts money, etc)The economics of Winston are very stable due to hospitals, wake, hanesbrands, aerospace... mostly recession proof industries.

They ask for copies of drivers license, some quick general info and gives people a code to enter the property to view on their time.

These are just a few of the economic drivers that I believe make investing in the Louisville real estate market so appealing. 

Lots of demand drivers in West Dallas.....one of the largest medical centers in the country is #1 transplant patients, long term medical care patients, residents, fellows, drs training in different disciplines like those at Scottish Rite......downtown Dallas #2....
