I don't want to drive and/or waste any more of my time than I have to and these types of things can very easily be handled without meeting in person.I've bought/closed on multiple houses where ALL of the paperwork (i.e. initial offer, addendums, disclosures, closing docs, etc) was handled via email.

and bad electrical work.got a good bid on a new garage door.to sum it up, we are still in the running but the margins just got much thinner with the framing issue so new to do list includes:Talk with owner about issues and send over inspection reports so they can see the issues from a third party.get an extension on option period for extra bid workwait on the appraisal order to secure financing so I am not just wasting more money.Get a lower price on this contract.Okay time to go cook for the herd.Thanks for all of the questions and Luck, I will take all of it.Cheers,Darin

Of course, I will load my wife up with loans in her name first so I still have quite a while to worry about that.People say, get the loan in your name, then quit claim the deed to LLC.
