Ok, this is an insanely bad video of a deal I did, I was making it for some friends to see so they could understand How to Flip A Short Sale.  

I couldn't afford to get into their program but I watch any video Phil puts out because they are the best. 

It is much appreciated and gives me some clarity on my plan going forward.To answer some questions posted:Where do I find flips to buy?

Update- Court papers were served, I installed security camera's (something I had wanted to do for quite some time but now this pushed me over the edge), and knocked on the troubled tenants door to set up some time for new prospective tenants.I video taped the whole thing on my phone but she took a few minutes to get to the door and I felt I was being filmed and I will tell you why.
