Hello,  Has anybody done  bootcamp  “90 Day Challenge to Buy Your First Rental Property”  or “Rentals made easy”  by Jessie Lang,  would really appreciate if you could please share your experience, I could not find any reviews/feedback  online. thank you.

In which case the 1031 exchange would be your path because it opens up 100% of the equity in the property and the deferred tax to be used by you to purchase replacement properties of any type anywhere in the country! 

I’m just seeking for some input from the community and this is my only rental even though I do dream of becoming a real estate investor by acquiring rentals.
