Now I get it if the lender is a loan to own type lender I have seen those play out into very nasty litigation that went on for years and were big buck court case's but those loans were in excess of 5 million.. so I suspect Don's loans are not in that category.

with 6,000 homes burning down last year in Santa Rosa I suspect the lease option scheme in that area would be tough.. insurance companies are providing money for the rentals why the homes are being rebuilt.. rents went up and pretty tough to find a seller that would sell on a lease option.. unless for tax purposes.

when we CA brokers renew our licnese's right on the front page of the website is a disclosure.If you suspect non licensed persons selling RE without a license you are duty bound to report them.check it out.. this is going to become the norm.

Alternately you can charge her to install a keyless push button lock but I suspect if these are temporary visitors and they you have to change the codes later.
