The second floor drywall ceiling collapsed onto the floor and on top of the wall to wall carpet, which was soaked for years and growing mushrooms.The house was a bank foreclosure and was vacant for 7 years, who knows how long the roof was leaking, but I could not see the roof from the ground as it was a low pitch roof and in the back of the house with an exposed basement the roof was 3 stories off the ground.

That is to say, unconstitutional on its face and now law degree is required to see that, but it's none the less the enforced law of the land.For example this unfortunate cancer patient who was cultivating a certain herb yielding seed for his own use as a medically-valid treatment for his cancer had his stuff taken.

If I'm renting your house and find myself in their shoes, I'm asking the landlord if I can buy some seed and straw and deduct it from my rent, especially if I have kids.
