@Westin Hudnall  first I'm gonna soak it up and enjoy it a little bit lol.

However those ideas are old fashioned and seeded in prejudice and ignorance.

I have no further advice... just planting a seed.

The second floor drywall ceiling collapsed onto the floor and on top of the wall to wall carpet, which was soaked for years and growing mushrooms.The house was a bank foreclosure and was vacant for 7 years, who knows how long the roof was leaking, but I could not see the roof from the ground as it was a low pitch roof and in the back of the house with an exposed basement the roof was 3 stories off the ground.

I just joined last week but have been soaking up whatever I can in the meantime.

For me I felt that it just helped soaking up more of the knowledge since its mainly a video based course.If you have any other questions feel free to send a message.

I realize many of you have an interest, but I still think it's still valuable as I am learning and soaking it all in. 

Also families with kids tend to want baths and some people want baths to soak in.

That is to say, unconstitutional on its face and now law degree is required to see that, but it's none the less the enforced law of the land.For example this unfortunate cancer patient who was cultivating a certain herb yielding seed for his own use as a medically-valid treatment for his cancer had his stuff taken.

If I'm renting your house and find myself in their shoes, I'm asking the landlord if I can buy some seed and straw and deduct it from my rent, especially if I have kids.
