You will have to decide to cut your losses and move on to another property or if there is enough potential to hold it to get appreciation and cash flow in the future.

There was a time, briefly (a few years), about a decade ago when some prime solar farm site owners signed favorable LTLs (Long Term Leases.)

Hello, I have several long-term rentals that are all currently in my name. 

I don't see any way that this would be the case as there are no amendments or term changes at all from the initial lease to the renewed one.

How does one go about making an offer on a commercial space that is becoming vacant shortly, such that if I cannot find a qualified tenant to fill the vacancy that I can walk away from the deal?
