So my question:  For lawn problem can I charge the damage (such as replacement cost to him), though I don't plan to plant any new lawn (since new tenant has moved in already)?

I know that could work in theory, but I'm guessing they aren't really in favor of that option either.One day, they may be able to get a desalinization plant which could help offset some of the troubles due to the water shortage.

Andy this is what we enjoy on the west coast and were title plants are digital.. in many other states they still have to do searchs by hand. plus in closing attorney states these run like law offices they dont generally have any customer service department like we do or in my case builders service were for free they do all the plat work for me ( title co) etc etc

I know the unemployment rate there has been record setting in the past, and the majority of employment stems from 2 or 3 Chrysler plants
