Just curious how you got a signature label with your contact info on your profile?

Heres my situation - Im 26, My profile is not up to date but I have several properties I've acquired through BRRRR investing, Owner-occupied duplexes, Partnerships doing the leg work for equity, and seller financing.

I personally love the BRRRR method for picking up rentals, and I did one without using any of my own funding which you can read about on my profile if you want to see an example.

I see from your profile you're talking about high school.I don't place a lot of importance on formal education.

A credit profile is a look into how someone typically handles debt and finances. 

I see your profile, and since you have experience managin bigger properties and deal with multiple tenants, wouldnt be better to look for something bigger than a 2 family, i think you can find here in Bp, people interested on investing in this kind of proyects( including myself)  May be an small building?
