My research leads me to believe that a specific mortar needs to be used, as the stone and antique brick are not as strong as modern day products/construction.  

Has the rental market slowed this much?

Ideally I'm looking for a lender in the Northern Colorado area but would appreciate any info on any institution which might offer this product.

@Sam Barrow That’s true I have noticed my investors have slowed down just a bit.

slow downs can but not a full blown crash like we saw.

Lots of labor saved on the installation but I have yet to find info on the internet regarding the technique or product.

I'm slow to start cause of funds.

Rents are low on the one property I'm looking at and at $625K, I feel rents could go up close to $100/door without too much push back because of the location.Touring the outside of the product tomorrow and if it looks good, I am going to work on getting in next week.Any pointers or thoughts anyone has that they can share would be appreciated!
