Can someone share insight on a standard or common structure for loan terms when you are a private lender?

We sold 2 properties and did a 1031 exchange and used a combination of hard money and private financing to acquire the building.

We form the LLC with me and my wife as members, then transfer the properties (they do have mortgages, so maybe lenders will have less of an issue if the LLC has members that are same as the current owners), then assign the LLC to the trust2.
