I could even live in one of the units, eventually, once I'm able to bring more of my business online and I wouldn't need to maintain an office out here in LA.

Hi everyone I've been looking into Dayton as a possible market for investing and was looking for some information on the area as there is only so much I can find out online. 

No need to waste time having every contractor come by in person, just ask over the phone or online how much they'll charge to tent a house your size and warranty it each subsequent year.  

I find some of the furniture at yard sales and online and other available resources for good deals.
