Are you familiar with contract language?

Any unauthorized vehicles not on the contract I will contact police or traffic for possible violation on private property getting it out of your premise. before it is officially  It needs to be recorded contacted by the title company, I suggest you post a note on the window and your contact information. 

We officially landed our first rehab.

I would say 90% of folks that get helocs have no clue that there is language in their note that gives the lender full unilateral discretion on advances in times of real estate uncertainty or pull back..  

Hi guys,I have a question for you: I have an insurance on my fourplex in Pennsylvania, and it is a business (commercial) coverage, I think its 1 mln in liability (I am not super smart when it comes to insurance language, so I hope I am conveying it all correctly)Fourplex is in my name, so the insurance policy is in my name.I opened a land trust, (I am the beneficiary and I am the trustee), and was thinking of transferring the property into trust, but started to think: would not this transfer mess up my insurance policy?

I have a new tenant of two months and as of now has submitted rent payment past the due date of the 1st of the month but, prior to the official "late date" of the 5th. 

Today, her house is officially mine, and it's been recorded at the county.

Maybe a letter wouldn’t help or maybe they would want something more official.
