But since I have been able to achieve an 18% + average weighted return on my performing note portfolio, my situation may not be the general experience.you have a definite herd mentality coming into the NPN space.. those that have the capacity and tenacity to work those notes will do fine those that think they can take a course and think these are in some way an investment.. some of those folks are going to find out how tough it is and how regulated it is.. but just like anything. the harder you work the better the outcome.. 

All aspects of a property (tenant, owner, property) are integrated well with easy to navigate transitions between each.Frills between systems that save a TON of time at scale include text to confirm, showing slots, guest cards (synced inbound marketing) and of course... online applications.If you plan on having more than 10 units... pay for the software and so you can start filling out your whole mental utility belt sooner.

Today is the day we really try to make a difference in our lives but to achieve that we have to come together and knock this mental block and just do it.

I assume others have similar mentalities.

Even if you come back to the problem 3 hours later you need 20 mins just to get back to where you were mentally in the problem you are trying to solve.In real estate I can tell you there are more emails that come in than tech.  

Stocks or real estate, the herd mentality usually doesn’t prevail.

@Mark HunterGenerally speaking, land moves much slower than houses so the sellers will have differently mentalities.

I want to know what goes into that mentality now that the basis of the eviction is a pandemic.
