Clayton and Natalie are no dummies they knew they would get wiped out financially so they decamped.. very tough to sue someone in another country .. the only remedy or justice will be if the US govmit in some form or fashion decides ( like his partner Whalen) to bring criminal charges..

That's reassuring.I'm going to have to rip out the drywall and get a professional remediation company to come in. 

From what I hear, cockroaches are harder to get rid of so I want to make sure that this does not spread.If anyone has had a similar instance and how they remediated the issue, please feel free to share!

I have 2 section 8 tenants and it's been all but impossible to get in touch with someone in the office there... one tenant is WAY under market rent and I'd like to remedy by getting them to increase their portion rather than having to evict and then re-place a tenant.

Also, collect any information he can provide as to contact info, name, vehicle description, whatever regarding the wannabe landlord, so you can make a criminal complaint with regard to Tenant #1.Fire your current PM if he has not collected a dime from #1 and done nothing to remedy the situation.

At least from the report I'm being told there is none that is determinable from the companies tests and they are a mold remediation company.
