Hey Richard, based on the numbers you presented that sounds pretty good, the owner occupant strategy with MFH is a great way to grow a portfolio quickly due to the low down payment.  

As we continue to grow at such a rapid rate, our barriers of entry are still significantly lower than the Dallas market.

I feel like getting into your first deal so you can learn from your own mistakes and grow as an investor, is probably more important than hitting a specific CCR or $/Door goal...

This potentially gives you room to grow.

BP is growing - yay! 

It's a tough business, and sometimes they bring on more clients/units than they can handle so there are "growing pains" as they adapt their systems.There's an old saying, "a farmer's shadow is the best fertilizer" and I think it's true of property management.

I believe there is huge potential there due to growing film industry in Georgia. 

I have been spending time over the past year learning and growing but now have an opportunity to put all my time and effort into the field.

I am so excited to have found this amazing group of people to learn from, and grow with.
