It is attached to the back of balance back layer to reduce noise.

Enjoy the needed vacation and come back with energy to start grinding again. 

(The noise of the brakes of the bus that passes behind at the beginning of the tape is the same noise at 00:18 and 00:25) .

Personally, our income allows us to pay back the HELOC pretty quick which is why we chose that route.The other thing that we have not done but may be an option is owner financing, just make sure the terms work for you.Not sure your future goals but it is our opinion and experience that rentals may start slow but if your goals and personal spending are aligned right, then it snowballs and you reach your goals faster the longer you grind.

A lot of your potential renters are moving out of multi family and at 1000 + bucks there are a lot of true single families available and they are tired of the noises thru the wall.

We heard crunching and rock noises and then the tub and sink drained like normal.

The problem is, with all this noise (literally thousands of aggregation and syndication sites), they are quickly becoming overwhelmed and subsequently hiring an agent to help them navigate the options.  

I've been grinding hard with the last few properties of mine and did the rehab work myself to make very good cash flow but now looking to invest back in Illinois Bc they're becoming ghost towns and the prices are better now in the burbs than in nwi in terms of cash flow.
