I just had a full appraisal done on a property and it cost $450.

I informed them two weeks ago that I won the property at auction and would need to take full ownership of the property on 8/17 and they would need to be out.

I've suddenly decided to go ahead and quit the 9-9 job in 30 days and do real estate full-time.

I am a full time real estate investor, and so far have only dealt with properties in my personal name (no LLC or company.)

-Professional management w/1 full time manager and 1 full time maintenance tech-Plan:  Full exterior rehab, renovate all down/vacant units, move office from TWO units that are currently being used to the abandoned dedicated office that is down to the studs.  

In the SNFs as the only full time SLP, I get to have Christmas and New years off this year, a once every 5 years occurrence!   

I am working full time and have a reasonably high income.  

She’s looking to transition soon into real estate investing full-time, as it is her passion.
