Since your recommended open-cell insulation will take on moisture continuously if exposure occurs, which, will occur with no vapor barrier, then that is definitely a different scenario.

There was a fire in the building in February, therefore those units that just got renovated haven't really got much exposure yet. (5) units are completely brand new after the smoke damage repair.I am unable to get trailing data as it's now in receivership but I think I can make it work for the right price.. tell me what you guys think!

I really have a hard time demanding the borrower pay for an appraisal when my exposure is so low and they will just ignore it anyway.Predatory loan:  That term applies in the consumer arena for sure,  I'm not so sure it applies in the B2B arena.

Some of the highest exposure one can get doing asbestos abatement is removing vinyl flooring...Second is that it is just a very difficult and terrible job.

You're absolutely right, though, it was practically the same shade as dried RedGard where it had been exposed to minimum UV exposure from the four windows in this bedroom, as it has here in the photo posted.I also met the tenant who did this -- and she would not know RedGard from Easter egg dye powder.In other places throughout the room, the paint had darkened a bit and taken on more of a purplish tone.
