I'll be going back to visit for Christmas and have been entertaining investing in PR.

I get that my blog isn't a celebrity gossip site and probably wont hit crazy numbers, but I write in a fairly entertaining manner and make it easy to read for the regular person, so I'm hoping it will get some exposure. 

I definitely watch that kind of show for the entertainment value and some ideas for renovations.  

The problem is we have no idea of the number the bank is actually going to list the property at, when the property is going to get listed (2 days, 2 months...) and they almost NEVER entertain an offer before the property is listed.

The free seminar is mostly entertaining and gets you all hype and exciting about investing.

With almost 30 years in this biz I'm sure you have countless entertaining investment stories!  

I entertain big groups such as multiple families and group events (conventions, showers, parties, etc.)  

Maybe a cocktail lounge has "entertainment" while a tavern/bar does not.Looking at those 4% & 5% bids, I have to believe that their strategy is to hopefully foreclose to take the property back, unless there is something I'm missing like they get first uncontested crack at future tax liens at the max 16% or something like that.

It seems like such a waste of time waiting for lender approval,especially for the seller, who could probably be entertaining higher offers.
