So you tell me should I even consider this candidate being that if she is so upset with the tiniest detail then she may be a somewhat melodramatic, needy tenant who is going to give me a lot of headaches or should I consider the upside in the fact that she likely keeps a very tidy organized home and won't destroy my property?

That means cash flow only gets better but the dependability has value to me and maximizing rent always has the risk of getting tenants that are unreliable, destroy the property, and move on a years later.I way that risk and most years I rather keep my dependable tenants.
