I understand the Single-family home will always be the caveat of real estate for consumers but many are looking to downsize but unfortunately can only find 2000+ sq homes that are barely cheaper than where they currently live many just say ITS NOT WORTH IT.

It seems that most vacation condos close to the beach are overpriced currently and barely break even considering purchase price and booking rates you can charge and competition from the hotels.Wonder if I should consider other locations or am I missing some creative solutions.
