Hi All - I found a lead on a MFH (5+ units) that is a short sale.

Im pretty sure you have to be an agent to list on Loopnet and Crexi.

Found it on Facebook marketplace through our wholesaler that had gotten the deal from the previous owner before he had passed away so purchased it as a probate sale so I was able to get it far below market value.

I’m just trying to play it as safe as possible considering it’s been vacant for so long and I have no idea the condition in which the previous owner left things.  

Meetings are generally on third Thursday of the month at Aloft Mountain View. 

Maybe try contacting AirDNA directly - they haven worked with me on pricing in the past.  

More of a short-term solution if you're looking to do a value-add or bridge into longer term financing on the multi within 6-12 months.

Had the chance to do this flip with a close friend that did not have to capital to take it on themselves.

I'm in Austin and there is a online mattress showroom that I visited to try out different brands. 

I would use the line to purchase more rental properties and BRRRR them to repay the line.
