@Amy Lee We put it in the leases that the pet owners have to pick up after the dog or there will be a $150 charge to have it cleaned up.

Lee,Thanks for your response as i will do more research into duplex and 4 plexes now because I believe it fits my long term plan and will allow me to reach my goals quicker.
