Like the dude at the REI meeting who hands you a flyer with a property they are trying to sell, their body language seem antsy, and they just can't seem to look you in the eyes for more than a second and you get the feeling somebody is into applying makeup to pigs.

yes, some version of this is found in every modern day mortgage, however, there are documented and regulatory exceptions for transferring title to property and NOT triggering Due on Sale....especially when the purpose of the transfer is to entities for the sake of estate planning/asset protection.

@Aaron Trudgett financing under company names are not difficult you just need a warm bodies guarantor who guarantees the loan.
