Lately I have been focused on building my client list and working with active buyers in the market.So far I have found some success via rei meetups and meeting with great people in the market.As for leads at the moment I'm currently sourcing leads via d4d and word of mouth.

I use my own network of vendors because the company's in house rates are exorbitant and the contracted vendors mostly unsatisfactory.

We plan on using DSCR loan (yes high rates but our complicated taxes makes non conventitional as our only choice at the moment) so PM fees will def kill anything.

The way I read this, if you meet the setback requirements, you can have essentially a duplex on any lot in Colorado.
